Alchemical artwork, exploring inner transformation
These artworks are part of my visual journal over the last few years, representing deep soul work and the integration of the journey of soul remembrance, through deep shadow work, cultivating presence, and coming into alignment with my soul purpose.
I recommend a practice of journaling, visual or written, that allows us to process and integrate deep, rich soul led experiences, and bring them more fully into our regular mundane world.
I have drawn these on my iPad Pro with the drawing app Procreate. There are some artworks I have also done in traditional media such as painting and drawing. I find the iPad to be a portable way of completing finished pieces, while I am travelling or waiting.
Often, I feel particularly pulled to draw when I have had some deep experiences that I want to convey or remember. Some artwork never gets finished, and that is OK! It is all part of the process.
